Viburnum awabuki ‘Chindo’

A rounded, multi stemmed, upright spreading shrub well suited for our Georgia climate. ‘Winterhur’ displays white, flat topped clusters of flowers in spring and glossy deep green leaves in summer. During the fall the plant puts forth clusters of berries which change color as they ripen, going from pink to deep pink to blue to purple black. The berries are readily eaten by birds. In autumn the fall color on ‘Winterhur’ is deep reds to purples.
