In support of the Wee Books Program's goal to bring books to pre-school children each month.
Wee Books, Inc., will be holding their 5th Annual Barn Dance Saturday April 28, 2012 at 6:30 pm at Kinsey Family Farm's Barn. This fundraiser helps to provide books to approximately 700 pre-schoolers. Our competition bar-b-que chef Mark Lenyk is one of the best, so the food is always great. A special night of fun, great food, dance, wagon ride and cake auction for the price of $30. Scores are on the rise. Come out, have fun and support Wee Books.
Our farm has donated the venue for this event for several years now. Having attended the barn dance throughout this time I can assure you it is much more than your average festivity! The food is excellent, the dancing is the real deal, and the Wee Books Program has been a fabulous advocate and promoter of literacy in our area. And if nothing else you will find great pleasure in watching others flaunt their dancing skills! -- Andy Kinsey
